Bryant Miller

In August 2025, Bryant co-founded Genuine Edge Solutions with a clear mission: build a firm where Integrity & Character is our competitive advantage. His vision was simple create a people-first organization that delivers high-performance staffing solutions without compromising values.

 

Bryant brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in staffing, workforce solutions, and business transformation. Prior to launching Genuine Edge Solutions, he co-founded Integrus Human Capital Solutions, where he helped establish a strong regional presence by combining disciplined operations with relationship driven growth.

 

Throughout his career, Bryant has led organizations through strategic evolution and measurable expansion. As President of Donovan & Watkins, a Willis Group U.S. company, he successfully transformed the firm from a primarily direct-hire placement model into a contract consulting focused organization. In less than four years, annual revenues grew from $7 million to over $28 million. He also launched and scaled a new contract document review division, expanding service capabilities and profitability.

 

Earlier in his career, Bryant held leadership roles with TEKsystems (formerly Aerotek Data Services), rising from recruiter to Director of Business Development for North America. His progression reflects both operational discipline and a strong ability to build high-performing sales and recruiting teams.

 

Bryant has also served in senior leadership positions with Brooke Companies, Brightson Document Review, eLinear Solutions Inc., and Kforce Inc., where he focused on streamlining operations, implementing scalable growth strategies, and driving performance across consulting and recruiting divisions.

 

Today, Bryant leads Genuine Edge Solutions with a hands on, growth-oriented approach. His focus remains on building strong client partnerships, developing high character teams, and delivering tailored staffing solutions that create lasting impact for businesses across the region.

 

Bryant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
